Ruha Elektrik Brings a Major Global Brand to Şanlıurfa with a Significant Investment

Ruha Elektrik has taken an important investment step by securing an agreement with Ramada By Wyndham Hotels to introduce a modern hotel brand to the city of Şanlıurfa. This project is expected to contribute significantly to the region’s tourism and hospitality sectors.

The collaboration between Ruha Elektrik and Ramada By Wyndham is considered a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing Şanlıurfa’s tourism potential, supporting economic growth, and creating new employment opportunities. Developed with a residences concept, the project aims to become a new attraction point in the city with its modern architectural design, luxury accommodation options, and comprehensive service approach.

The investment includes a total of 154 residence units:

43 suites of 61 m²,
45 one-bedroom residences of 68 m²,
66 two-bedroom residences of 81 m².
Additionally, the project is expected to feature high-quality restaurants, meeting rooms, and spa facilities.

Ramada Residences By Wyndham is planned to open in the third quarter of 2026. Analyses show that once the hotel reaches full capacity, it will positively impact the local economy by increasing employment and contributing to the growth of nearby businesses.
